Course Details
AGILE FOR NON-IT (SERVICE INDUSTRY) for all service industry employees: BPO, Shared Services, Finance, and HR If you’re a non-IT personnel who wants to adopt the Agile mind-set, you’ll encounter some resistance to change. To encourage non-IT personnel to adopt Agile, you should make the initiative to show how an Agile mind-set can deliver results.

Objectives: After this course, you will

1. learn to apply the framework of Agile to deliver value to customers/clients in doing projects;
2. understand the value and significance of efficiency in the process of delivering what the customer wants;
3. deliver fast and quality results in increments to the customer/client;
4. recognize the purpose and value of collaboration, objectives, bold goals, and quantifiable results in project management;
5. identify waste and address them right away;
6. use the framework in prioritizing opportunities for improvement and implement Agile methodology; and
7. complement Agile with Lean Six Sigma.

Course Trainer
CC Fernandez is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a consultant and member of various institutions. She is the author of two patents and has nine years of experience in quality management. She is a Professional Agile/Scrum Master and Manager of Operational Excellence for Coca-Cola Beverages.
